I've always been able to see people clearly — their potential, their story, their real value. And I've spent over 25 years showing the world what I see.
As a kid I was the one who stuck up for the underdog, who couldn't stand watching someone not be seen for who they really were. That instinct never left. I’ve just spent years building the tools to do something about it.
That took me through agencies in Toronto and Miami, building campaigns for some of the world's most recognized global brands. In 2015, my longtime creative partner came to me with a vision I couldn't say no to: Higher Ground Collective, a women-owned, certified B Corp, channeling everything we had learned into mission-driven organizations and sustainability innovators who needed someone to help them show up as who they really are.
Along the way I also created and built businesses: A yoga clothing line, a lifestyle boutique, and a fine jewellery brand, Inés Sánchez Jewellery that continues to teach me about brand architecture, digital presence, and the e-commerce journey.
Each business taught me what an agency brief never could: what it actually feels like to have everything on the line, and how much it matters to show up as exactly who you are.
